Our API 7K 16c Rubber Hydraulic Hose is designed for supreme flexibility, crafted for seamless connection between the top of the drilling riser and the vertically movable water faucet. This essential tool in oil drilling and mud delivery systems ensures precise adjustments for installation errors between the drilling pump line and the riser, allowing for effective connection and exceptional vibration isolation.
Expertly engineered for high-pressure, large-volume delivery, this hose is perfect for transporting water-based or oil-based mud with a minimum aniline point of 66ºC. It is also resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion, adeptly delivering water, oil, mud, and other high-pressure media in borehole operations within oil fields.

Crafted with precision, our hose features an inner sub or stainless steel armor inner tube, enhanced with carbon fiber reinforcement, a robust middle sub, steel wire reinforcement (including steel catenarian line reinforcement), all encased in a durable carbon fiber outer sub.
