Traditionally, the welding ripper is crafted into its final form through an intricate process that involves welding together various components such as the main board, hanging ear plate, back plate, bucket ear plate, bucket ear sleeve, tooth base, and guard plate. However, these individual parts cannot undergo heat treatment, leading to a complex production process and elevated costs. Notably, the juncture between the tooth base and the main board is prone to breakage, making traditional models less durable.
Our innovative whole casting ripper leverages state-of-the-art global physical casting techniques.
By employing a one-time master mold casting, all components are seamlessly integrated, ensuring uniform stress distribution. Heat treatment is applied to further reinforce the integrity of the product.
This results in a product with remarkable consistency and reliability, ensuring stable quality across the board.
