Drill cuttings dryer, also called filter centrifuge, is a centrifugal separator that uses centrifugal filtration to separate components in suspension. There are many holes on the wall of the filter centrifuge drum, and the inner surface of the drum is covered with filter media. The suspension added to the drum rotates with the drum to generate huge centrifugal pressure. Under the pressure, the liquid in the suspension flows through the filter medium and the holes on the drum wall and is thrown out. The solids are trapped on the surface of the filter medium, thus achieving Separation of solids and liquids. The centrifugal force generated by the suspension in the drum is hundreds of times that of gravity, which strengthens the filtration process, speeds up the filtration speed, and obtains filter residue with lower moisture content.
High-precision stainless steel screen basket; high-precision spiral scraper; rotating parts are all dynamically balanced, and the dynamic balancing accuracy is higher than G6.3 level.
