JZ Series Weight Indicator and dead rope holders are suitable for indicating and recording changes in drilling tool hanging weight and drilling pressure during drilling or workover operations of various drilling rigs and workover rigs in petroleum and geological exploration. , to help drillers master the working parameters of drilling rigs and workover rigs during drilling or workover operations and judge the working status of drilling tools.
The JZ series Weight Indicator is composed of a dead rope holder and a secondary weight indicator (weight indicator and recorder). Instrument working environment temperature: -40ºC-50ºC;
The dead line holder is a mechanism that converts the dead line tension of the drilling rig into liquid pressure. It consists of three parts: pulley, base and sensor. The sensor is one of the main components of the dead rope holder. It converts the tension of the dead rope through the diaphragm to squeeze the liquid surface into a pressure signal and transmits it to the weight indicator and recorder.
