The drilling rig's main braking system can be customized as either a band brake or a hydraulic disc brake. Additionally, the auxiliary braking options include water-cooled thrust plate pneumatic brakes or water brakes, ensuring flexibility and safety in various operational scenarios.
The rotary table's transmission box offers forward-reverse shifting capabilities, ideal for effective DP make-up and break-out operations. It features a reverse torque release mechanism that safely releases DP deformation force. The mast, ingeniously designed as front-open and double-sectioned with an inclination angle, or as an erective double-section, can be hydraulically raised, lowered, and telescoped, ensuring adaptability and convenience.
The drill floor boasts a twin-body telescopic type or a parallelogram structure, facilitating easy hoisting and transportation.
