Product Description
Screw conveyors are often used to transport drill cuttings and accompanying fluids,collect drill cuttings (usually relatively dry oil-based drill cuttings)from various solids control equipment,and transport them to the area where the drill cuttings box is installed.
The head and tail bearings are arranged outside the shell,and the hanging shaft adopts the rolling and sliding bearing interchange structure,and is equipped with a dust-proof sealing device.The seal has good sealing performance,strong wear resistance,low resistance,and long life.
The discharge end is equipped with a cleaning device,the whole machine has low noise,strong adaptability,and con- venient operation and maintenance.
The conveying tank is equipped with steam heating device,which can be used for working environment temperature of -40~60ºC.
The conveying trough is installed on a special base,which can realize the conveying operation in a certain space height.It can also be installed in a combination of two.The second-stage conveyor can rotate on the horizontal surface to adjust and expand the conveying range and reach the purpose of long distances transportation.
